Raymond Boyer

Raymond is a native of northern Utah and grew up in the small town of Paradise.  He has an agricultural background from growing up on a farm. After graduating high school, he spent two years in Japan on a service mission.  Upon his return, he served three years as an interrogator in the US Army. In 2005, he received his undergraduate degree in International Business from Utah Valley University.  He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and Temple University, Beasley School of Lawin Tokyo, Japan.
