Len Carson

Len Carson recently joined the team at Bangerter Frazier Group in January 2025, bringing with him a diverse background in legal practice. Len's over 25 years of experience makes him an invaluable asset to his clients.  Len worked for several large and reputable law firms in Salt Lake City and was a founding partner of Pearson Butler and Carson (now Pearson Butler) in South Jordan, Utah.

Len also worked for several years as a sole practitioner advising businesses, entrepreneurs, financial funds, and real estate funds on all aspects of business and transactional matters including:

• Reviewing entity structure
• Updating contracts
• Performing in-depth legal audits
• Ensuring legal compliance
• Drafting purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation
• Legal collections
• Employment agreements and non-competition agreements
• Management agreements
• Corporate organizational documentation and structure

Len previously served on the Southern Utah Bar Association Board of Directors.
